What They're Saying:

I truly don’t know where we would be if I hadn’t found your page and guide. It helped me feel empowered to stick to our choice not to sleep train when we were desperate for some Zzzs, while still feeling like we were working to improve everyone’s sleep situation in a safe and truly baby-led/attachment-focused way!

Lydia

Hi- I wanted to share with you how much your amazing crib guide has helped my family! My husband read through it and in his words "everything just clicked." Things that didn't necessarily come intuitively to him were laid out so clearly and he is now able to put our son down in the crib on his own.

Sam

This week I've got her into the cot for 4 days in a row for approx 1.5 hours! This is life changing for me! Thank you for sharing your expertise and promoting positive supportive sleep.

What's in this eBook?

Everything you need to start getting some crib or floor bed sleep from your little one 6+ months old.

Why 6+ months? Well, in my experience, babies really thrive with as much close contact with their parents as possible through the fourth trimester. They do really well with contact naps, and the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends room-sharing for at least 6 months but ideally 1 year. That being said, you can certainly try this guide for your little one before 6 months! Some more easy-going types will be just fine taking some crib sleep earlier. You can also choose to use this guide even if you'd like to continue room sharing or co-sleeping (even bed sharing!) full or part time, but would like to mix in some crib sleep as well.

A 2+ week guide, step by step, with gentle, science-based techniques and an attachment focus. I'll never suggest leaving your baby to cry it out- promise!

This guide gives you some general background in sleep science and attachment theory, and answers common questions like "what do I do when my baby flips out the second I put them down?!"

Then you'll get a 2-week game plan with advice for 3 weeks and beyond as well. At the end of the book is a printable checklist for your fridge to stay on track and keep your goal in mind!

You'll learn:

  • How to set up your crib/ room safely
  • How to create an ideal environment for sleep
  • The deal on swaddling & dressing your baby for sleep
  • How to prep & introduce the crib or toddler bed for the very first time
  • How to use sleep associations (YES you can still nurse to sleep!)
  • How to decide crib vs. bed
  • How to create a routine you can stick to!
  • Day-by-day guide of starting crib/ bed sleep for naps & bedtime (2 weeks)
  • How to support your child's emotion through the process
  • Tips for transferring baby down
  • Troubleshooting common issues
  • Keeping your own mental health in tact
  • Safe bedsharing guidelines (just in case)
